    cold_calling_c21dCold calling is not something that is easy – not for you and certainly not for the person that you are calling.  Most of the time, the prospect that you are calling has already been called by four or five other real estate agents and they are probably frustrated, however – you can remedy that.

    If you are cold calling someone, there are a few things that you need to do in order to no only get over your own fear but also to prepare yourself and make yourself look that much more professional.

    First, set out a skill list and a list of benefits that you prospects will get for working with you.  This will let your clients know exactly what they will be getting.
