<p>If you are working with a real estate agent, you always want to make sure that you have them draw up the lease, as that is what their job is all about.  That way, you can make sure that everything is legal and that you are paying them for a reason.</p>
<p>One thing that you want to do is READ THE LEASE before you sign it.  You would never believe how many people just sign their lease without ever reading it and how much trouble you truly can get into.</p>
